All design and print projects must be reviewed and approved by the client before production begins. Final approval is considered binding.

2. Deposits & Payments:
A deposit may be required for custom orders. Full payment is typically due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Turnaround Times:
Production timelines vary based on order volume, materials, and project complexity. We will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.

4. Revisions & Changes:
Design changes requested after final approval may incur additional charges and may delay delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders may be canceled before production starts, but cancellation fees may apply. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are limited.
